Returns & Replacements
We want you to love your BC Scents candles. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it easy.
Return window
- You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Damaged or defective items
If your parcel arrives damaged or a product is faulty, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund quickly.
How to start a return
- Email bcscents.studio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll confirm eligibility and send return instructions.
- Unless the issue is our error, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days (your bank/card may take a little longer to post).
Replacements
For confirmed defects or shipping damage reported within the timeframes above, we’ll replace the affected item(s) at no cost.
Missing / undelivered packages
If a parcel is marked delivered but not received, please check with neighbours or your local postal office first. If you can’t locate it, contact us and we’ll assist you. (Refunds for lost parcels typically require carrier confirmation.)
EU 14‑day cooling‑off
For customers in the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
